We had an amazing, relaxing, romantic Jamaican vacation.


Our first scuba diving experience soon led to our second and we have already signed up for a certification class at home.

I had an especially hard day at the mountain on Saturday and my mother-in-law came to the rescue with her hot tub! My muscles feel much better (now it's just my ego that hurts). Paul and Maddie couldn't help themselves and had to join in the fun too!

Dana turns 30!

What is flyball?

We had a flyball tournament in Canada this weekend. Here's a video of the team (Savage is the first dog) and a little taste of what flyball is.

Beautiful Belly

My baby niece is in that belly! Laura and I are super excited to be her "aunties" and Erin is going to be a wonderful mommy.

After a weekend with my friend Bucky, I was determined to get a food dehydrator and make yummy, healthy snacks just like she did! It came in the mail this week and I immediately got to work. I'm very excited to see how it all turns out.
